5. Reservation of Vehicles (£99 Holding Deposit)

We offer the option to reserve a vehicle online.

Reservation terms:

• A payment of £99 secures the vehicle for a period of 48 hours
• During this time, the vehicle will be held and not sold to another customer
• The reservation period begins once payment has been successfully processed

Refund policy:

• The £99 reservation fee is fully refundable
• You may request a refund at any time during or after the 48-hour period
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Important notes:

• A reservation is not a purchase or contract of sale
• The vehicle is not considered sold until a full agreement is completed
• We reserve the right to refund and cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances (e.g. vehicle no longer available due to prior sale or unforeseen issue)

6. Vehicle Purchases

Any purchase of a vehicle will be subject to separate terms agreed at the point of sale.

These may include:

• Deposit terms
• Payment schedules
• Warranty details
• Delivery arrangements

7. Finance

Finance options may be available and are subject to:

• Status and affordability checks
• Approval by third-party lenders
• Separate finance agreements and terms

We do not guarantee finance approval.

8. Test Drives and Viewings

All vehicle viewings and test drives are subject to availability.

We recommend booking in advance.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse test drives where appropriate
• Require valid driving licence and insurance details
