Please read this update in the knowledge that your safety and wellbeing remains our primary concern. Having made that important point, we can confirm that you are still able to buy a motorhome with Timberland Motorhomes during the current lockdown.
We are able to continue trading whilst still complying with government guidelines and explain how below. However, please read this guidance because you need to make some decisions about your own needs and actions.
We are not on the list of specific businesses that are being asked to suspend trading, we carry out work which can not be done at home.
During lockdown we are happy to accept a deposit on the motorhome you wish to buy. This will hold the motorhome for you until you are able to collect it.
Of course, to help you make the decision about whether a motorhome is right for you, we will provide huge amounts of information to help you make that choice. This includes lots of additional images and we will speak to you over the phone to provide a full and impartial description.
If you urgently require your motorhome and need to collect it immediately, the government guidelines say the following: “Non-essential retail can remain open for delivery to customers and click-and-collect.” Our normal method of operation falls within this click and collect description. You click on a motorhome on our website, receive full information, pay a deposit and then pay the balance on collection.
